BIOINFORMATICS

ANELIZE BAUERMEISTER

Bachelor in Chemistry (2007) and Master in Biotechnology (2010) from the State University of Londrina (UEL). PhD in Organic Chemistry (2015) from the University of São Paulo (USP-Ribeirão Preto). Anelize has experience in several topics such as microbial metabolites, mass spectrometry, isolation and structural characterization of natural products, and metabolomics approaches. She was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California San Diego, where she has been developing a reference platform for LC-MS data from microorganisms. Anelize created a group on Facebook Metabolomics Network that currently has the participation of more than 450 members, with the aim of greater dissemination of knowledge in the area of ​​metabolomics.

ANUSKA SARAIVA

Professor of the postgraduate program in Environmental and Experimental Pathology at Universidade Paulista. Graduated in Biological Sciences UNESP (2007) with a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from UNIFESP (2013) and post-doctorate at Universidade Paulista (2013-2017) and Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul (2017-Current). Her area of ​​research is the function of the immune system in the context of diseases and infections, particularly type 1 diabetes, cell therapy and B-1 cells.

Associate Professor at UNIFESP-Diadema. Graduated in Pharmacy from the State University of Maringá (2000) with a PhD in Sciences from UNIFESP (2007). She is a researcher in the field of Immunology, with an emphasis on Applied Immunology.

VANESSA OTA

Biomedical in the Discipline of Genetics, Department of Morphology and Genetics, UNIFESP. Graduated in Biomedicine from UNIFESP (2008) with a master's degree (2011) and doctorate (2015) in Structural and Functional Biology at UNIFESP. Post-doctoral student in Psychiatry and Medical Psychology at UNIFESP, she works on topics related to psychiatric genetics.

Works with the development of human organs and tissues for use in transplants

 JANAÍNA SENA DE SOUZA

Scientist at UCSD (Pediatrics Department/Cellular and Molecular Medicine) Graduated in Biological Sciences from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in São Paulo with a Masters in Science (Human Physiology) from ICB-USP and a PhD in Sciences (Endocrine Medicine) from UNIFESP, with a passage from the University of California San Diego and postdoctoral fellow at UNIFESP, Instituto Israelita Albert Einstein and University of California San Diego (UCSD). She works with in vitro models of neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative diseases, mainly with Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome.
